Baby Yar #2 - 34 Weeks and Family Pictures!
I went to the Dr. today for our 34 week appointment, just an easy appointment to check my blood pressure, measure and listen to the heartbeat. My blood pressure was up just a little bit (156/84), not anything to worry about yet, the little guy is still measuring two weeks ahead (so 36 weeks), and his heartbeat was great!
Dr. Hughes said that his head is down but he is still pretty high up, which I beg to differ on since it does not feel that way! We are still looking at probably inducing at 38 weeks since he's likely to be so big and my blood pressure is creeping up. We have an ultrasound scheduled for the 27th this month to see how much we can tell about his size and I have an appointment next Monday in the interim just to check my blood pressure. We are getting very excited to meet this little guy and four weeks seems like a long time away (perspective check: I know it's not, I'm just getting to the uncomfortable part of pregnancy...i.e. every night seems like 15 and everything hurts)!
In preparation for this little guy, we had some family pictures taken a week and a half or so ago for some documentation before we become a family of four (five with Dexter obviously).
I'll let this picture count as my 34 week one, since likely any other pictures will be worse from here on out :) Thank you SO much to Jennifer Eder Photography aka our awesome neighbor for taking these pictures!!
