First Outfit.
The very first outfit I bought the baby was a blue, fuzzy Butler sleeper. I saw it at Target before we found out if the baby was a boy or a girl, on sale for $4. I HAD to get it. Dave came home from class (at Butler) that night and I remember how excited he was when I showed it to him.
At the time, we thought for SURE the baby was a girl - and Dave and I were on a kick of the name Audrey, so I was picturing a dark haired baby girl named Audrey with a blue flower bow in her hair wearing that outfit to keep her cozy in the fall.
Instead, and so much better, here is our sweet little boy, wearing this outfit a few months before I thought he would (it's a nine month sleeper). So funny how God ALWAYS has such a great plan for us, even though it is usually completely different than the one we imagine and plan for ourselves.
