Luke = 3 Months

Weight:  13 pounds, 12 ounces

Length:  We’ll say 26.  Not quite sure, they’ll measure him at his 4 month appointment.
Clothes Size:  6-9 months.  Our little guy is actually a big guy.  Pretty sure no one is shocked.  Except maybe Luke in the picture below.

Special Skills:  Failing his sleep study which led to rocking his surgery, SMILING like a crazy man, lots of little laughs, smiling and talking to mommy after he eats, standing on our laps like a champ, blowing spit bubbles, eating his hands when he is hungry and/or tired, sitting in his Bumbo seat, reaching for toys, clothes, hair etc.  Feeling new things, skin, cloth, couches, etc.  Lifting up and moving his little butt side to side (rolling over soon maybe??) loving Dexter and walks, resting his hands on his knees in his cradle and when sitting up, overall just MUCH more aware and with it since his surgery.  ALSO – eating double what he used to eat pre-surgery with NO big spit ups!

Must Have Products:  Fuzzy blankets, warm bear zip up outfit, fuzzy jammies, socks and long sleeved onesies.

Kara/Mom's State of Mind:  Feeling so blessed that working part time from home has been working out and I can stay here with my little guy.  Thanking God everyday that Luke’s hospital stay went so well and he is such a new man after his surgery!

 
Dave/Dad's State of Mind:  So thankful Luke got out of the hospital ok and thankful that God helped us through our financial situation so Kara can stay home.  Also thankful that Luke is starting to respond and engage with me and others.
