Eli = 3 months
He slept sweetly through Uncle Joe and Aunt Hannah's wedding, and enjoyed watching everyone eat Turkey at his first Thanksgiving!
He had a bad cold after the holiday which led to his first round of steroids to help clear up all the congestion! We have an appointment with our ENT on the 24th of this month, to check out his laryngomalcia a little bit further. We have noticed some changes like more frequent stridor and more spitting up that may indicate that we need to do something (probably just reflux meds) about it! So we'll see what happens!
Weight: 16 pounds - this is approximate since he had clothes on at his visit for his cold, and we don't have the other measurements or percentiles since we didn't have a well visit this month! We'll go back at 4 months for a full checkup.
This boy, he LOVES to smile and coo and giggle and is just adorable. Eli is so engaging and loves to make eye contact while chatting smiling and still LOVES when Luke comes up to play or talk to him. He has two dimples which are going to be so much trouble when he's older! He is also getting close to rolling over, he usually gets up to his side over his left shoulder and hangs out there before getting frustrated and rolling back to his back. He also has started scooting his booty up in the air when he is on his tummy and rocking back and forth in the air. Eli is great at holding his head up and has a really strong neck!! He also loves to stand on your legs - which is also in fact the easiest way to get him to burp now.
He eats around 7 at night, and we put him down around 8 when Luke goes to sleep. We get him back up at 10 to eat (he doesn't even wake up, just eats) and then put him down for the night. He has been sleeping until about 7 a.m. every day which is great!
We love you sweet boy! Happy 3 months!
